Returns/Cancellation of Booking
Our policy lasts 7 days only upon your date of booking. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or booking, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The system allows you to make a booking 3 days in advance to your desired date.

To be eligible for a cancellation of your booking, you must inform us at least 1 day or 24 hours before the date of execution.

We encourage you to contact us at least 1 day before the booked date or the day of the execution. Failure to do so will proceed with the event execution.

 On the day cancellation or last-minute cancellation is not allowed. We will charge you with last-minute cancellation fee of half the amount of the package you booked.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly send us a screenshot of your order confirmation and payment confirmation to our email This proof is very important. If no proof is provided, sthen there will be no refund to be made. Applicable only if payment is done online using Credit card/s, Debit card/s and or Gcash.

Refunds (if applicable)

Usually, in most cases it should fall within the Policy duration of the Returns/Booking cancellation above. We may or may not consider once the request for cancellation is outside our Policy duration. It will be subject for approval by the attending manager or supervisor depending on your case. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Usually within 7 to 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
